Messy Baby Disasters and Other Things Mommies "Fix"

It seems Daddy and Baby are getting into trouble so often these days! Just two nights ago when daddy was supposed to be putting Rohan to bed, I hear, "Mommy, come here" from the general area of the bedroom. Surprised to see the light on, I wonder what's happening. Then, behold a shocking sight. Daddy and baby standing drenched in the middle of a giant puddle of barf on the bathroom floor! I had to mop the floor while they stood there. Then I took Rohan and washed him and changed his clothes, as he was soaked through two layers. Daddy had a shower. Then I handed the baby back to daddy ... and up came more, again! This time in the kitchen. Once again mommy mops the floor, daddy gets another shower and baby gets changed. The good thing is that Rohan didn't seem sick or upset in the least, he just needed to empty his stomach for some unknown reason. All over Daddy!

Then, today daddy was home with a sore back. He played with Rohan so mommy could get some work done in the afternoon. After a while, mommy hears, "Mommy, I need your help", coming from the living room. Rounding the corner, I see daddy holding Rohan sitting up on his little potty. Except there's something wrong with the picture. There's poop all over the front of the potty, the front of the baby, and even down on the wood floor! Looking over to the right, I see a big pile of poop on the blanket where he was playing! Baby gets an impromptu bath, the potty and floor get a scrubbing - and daddy and baby take a nap. At least daddy didn't need a shower this time. Sigh.
