Aparna and Abhijeet's Visit

This Labor Day weekend, Sameer's childhood friend and his wife dropped up to see us from Orlando. We made lasagna, my standby for when I don't have energy to cook much but still want something yummy. So we had lunch together and hung out for a couple hours. They brought us flowers and chocolates, which was a great reason to take a break from my strict diet for a day! I actually look like I have a bunch in my mouth or something here, but I guess its just the usual water retention. Fun stuff!



We got to show off our baby gear that we have stored in our spare room. We'll set all that up in the coming weeks. It was really fun to see Abhijeet and Aparna. I was surprised at how much Aparna knew about babies, but I have found that most young Indian girls I meet already know a lot. I didn't start learning about the details until I was actually going to have one!
